Customer Satisfaction

WECERT collects feedback on what its clients think about its services via a customer satisfaction survey. The survey is administered online. Clients are automatically invited to complete the survey by e-mail, but you can also access the survey via our website. Survey responses are analyzed to evaluate the quality of customer relationships.

You are invited to participate to our Client Satisfaction Survey

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you can withdraw from the survey at any point but your answers won’t be considered in that case.
It is very important for us to learn your opinion. Your survey responses will be used only for internal use in WECERT for performance and quality improvement. You might be contacted by a WECERT representative in case of need. You can refuse to be contacted by answering “no” to the related question during the survey.
